Description:
30-F11 단클론 항체는 마우스 CD45의 모든 아이소폼(Leukocyte Common Antigen, LCA)에 반응합니다. CD45는 성숙한 적혈구와 혈소판을 제외한 모든 조혈세포에 발현되며, 세포 내 티로신 인산화효소 활성을 통해 림프구 활성화에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
Applications Reported:
Flow cytometric analysis에 사용 보고됨.
Applications Tested:
마우스 골수세포 및 비장세포를 이용한 유세포분석(Flow Cytometry)에서 테스트됨.
최대 0.125 µg/test 농도로 사용 권장되며, 세포 수(10⁵~10⁸ cells/test)는 실험 조건에 따라 조정 필요.
최적의 성능을 위해 항체 적정(titration) 권장.
Filtration:
0.2 µm 필터로 제조 후 여과 처리됨.
Target Information
CD45 (LCA, Leukocyte Common Antigen):
모든 핵을 가진 조혈세포에서 발현되는 수용체형 단백질 티로신 인산화효소(PTP)로, 림프구 표면 단백질의 약 10%를 차지합니다.
비조혈세포에서는 발현되지 않으며, 림프구 발달과 항원 신호 전달에 중요한 조절자 역할을 합니다.
CD45는 대체 스플라이싱에 의해 다양한 아이소폼을 가지며, 각 아이소폼은 세포 종류 및 생리적 상태에 따라 발현이 달라집니다.
T세포 및 B세포 수용체 신호 조절, JAK 키나아제 억제, 세포 생존 신호 조절 등 다양한 면역 조절 기능을 수행합니다.
