Product Specific Information
- Heat-mediated antigen retrieval is recommended using 10 mM citrate buffer (pH 6.0) for 10 minutes, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
- After antigen retrieval, incubate samples with primary antibody for 10 minutes at room temperature.
- Suggested positive control: lung tissue.

MIP-1alpha와 MIP-1beta는 구조적 및 기능적으로 관련된 CC 케모카인으로, 세균, 바이러스, 기생충 및 진균 감염에 대한 숙주의 면역 반응에 관여합니다. 이들은 염증세포(예: 대식세포, 림프구, NK 세포)의 이동 및 활성 상태를 조절합니다.
MIP-1alpha는 CD8+ 림프구를, MIP-1beta는 CD4+ 림프구를 선택적으로 유인하며, B 세포, 호산구 및 수지상세포의 강력한 화학유인물질로도 작용합니다. 인간 및 생쥐의 MIP-1alpha와 MIP-1beta 모두 인간 및 생쥐 조혈세포에 활성을 보입니다.
