Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).
Target Information
RAB5 proteins are small GTPases that regulate intracellular membrane trafficking, including vesicle formation and membrane fusion.
RAB5A is essential for plasma membrane and early endosome fusion, regulates filopodia extension, and is required for exosomal release of SDCBP, CD63, PDCD6IP, and syndecan.
It also plays a role in the maturation of apoptotic cell-containing phagosomes, acting downstream of DYN2 and PIK3C3.
