For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.

Target Information

Janus kinase 3 (JAK3) phosphorylates members of the STAT (signal transduction and activators of transcription) family.
JAK3 is mainly expressed in immune cells and mediates signaling through interleukin receptors. Upon cytokine stimulation (e.g., interferons, interleukins), JAKs are activated via phosphorylation at adjacent tyrosine residues, leading to activation and nuclear translocation of STAT proteins. These STAT dimers regulate transcription of multiple genes, including interferon-stimulated genes.
JAK2 is essential for IFN-γ receptor complex initiation, JAK1 acts as an amplifier, and JAK3 may substitute for JAK2 or Tyk2 under specific receptor configurations.
