Target Information
Spectrin (Sp)은 적혈구 세포막 골격 단백질 중 가장 풍부한 단백질로, 세포가 이중오목형을 유지하면서도 유연성과 탄성을 갖도록 돕습니다. 적혈구의 Spectrin은 280 kDa 알파 소단위와 246 kDa 베타 소단위로 구성된 이합체로, 서로 반평행 구조를 이루며 100 nm 길이의 막대형 구조를 형성합니다. 다른 조직의 Spectrin은 상동성이 있는 알파 및 베타 소단위로 구성될 수 있으며, 때로는 Fodrin으로 불립니다. 새로운 명명법에 따르면 적혈구의 소단위는 alpha-1 및 beta-1로, Fodrin의 소단위는 alpha-2 및 beta-2로 명명됩니다. 각각의 대체 스플라이싱 형태는 epsilon-1, epsilon-2 등으로 표시됩니다 (예: beta-1 epsilon-1).
