Antibody detects endogenous levels of RIPK3 only when phosphorylated at Ser316.
Target Information
RIPK3 is a member of the receptor-interacting protein (RIP) family of serine/threonine protein kinases, which contains a C-terminal domain unique from other RIP family members. RIPK3 is predominantly localized to the cytoplasm and mitochondrion, capable of nucleocytoplasmic shuttling via nuclear localization and export signals. It is a component of the TNF receptor-I signaling complex, can induce apoptosis, weakly activate NF-kappaB, and interacts with caspase-8 and CFLAR to regulate necrosis and apoptosis pathways.
