Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of ~1 mg/mL.

Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase consists of an 85 kDa regulatory subunit and a 110 kDa catalytic subunit.
The PIK3CA gene encodes the catalytic subunit, which utilizes ATP to phosphorylate PtdIns, PtdIns4P, and PtdIns(4,5)P2.
This gene is known to be oncogenic and has been associated with cervical cancers.
