For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

ZEB2 (Smad interacting-protein 1) is a nuclear DNA-binding transcriptional repressor that interacts with activated SMADs. Similar to ZEB1, it inhibits E-cadherin transcription and induces epithelial–mesenchymal transition (EMT), a process regulating cell migration during embryonic development and wound healing.
ZEB2 also protects cells from DNA damage-induced apoptosis, potentially contributing to tumor progression. It is frequently observed in the cytoplasm of various cancer tissues, suggesting regulated localization. Mutations in ZEB2 are associated with Hirschsprung disease and Mowat–Wilson syndrome.
