This monoclonal mouse IgG2a, kappa antibody serves as an isotype control for mouse IgG2a antibodies.
It has been reported for use in surface and intracellular flow cytometric analysis, immunocytochemistry, and immunohistochemistry.
Tested by flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral blood leukocytes and should be used at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.

Target Information

Mouse IgG2a is a subtype of immunoglobulin G produced by B cells in response to antigens. It plays a key role in adaptive immunity, including opsonization, complement activation, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity.
It regulates immune responses such as T cell activation and B cell inhibition.
Widely used in research and diagnostics (ELISA, Western blotting, IHC) and in therapeutic research (immunotherapy, vaccine development).
