• Description: Monoclonal mouse IgG2b, kappa is useful as an isotype control immunoglobulin.
• Applications Reported: Suitable for surface and intracellular flow cytometric analysis, immunocytochemistry, and immunohistochemistry.
• Applications Tested: Validated by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells. Use at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.
• Purity: >90%, determined by SDS-PAGE.
• Aggregation: <10%, determined by HPLC.

Target Information

Mouse IgG2b는 항원에 반응하여 B 세포에 의해 생성되는 IgG 항체의 아형입니다. 혈청 내에서 세 번째로 풍부한 IgG 아형으로, 적응 면역 반응에서 중요한 역할을 합니다. 두 개의 heavy chain과 두 개의 light chain으로 구성되어 있으며, opsonization, complement activation, antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity에 관여합니다. 또한 T 세포 활성화 및 B 세포 억제 등 면역 조절에도 관여합니다.
연구 및 진단 응용(ELISA, Western blotting, immunohistochemistry 등)에 널리 사용되며, 면역치료 및 백신 개발에도 활용됩니다.
