For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The protein encoded by the MADCAM1 gene is an endothelial cell adhesion molecule that interacts preferentially with leukocyte β7 integrin LPAM-1 (α4β7), L-selectin, and VLA-4 (α4β1) on myeloid cells to direct leukocytes into mucosal and inflamed tissues.
It belongs to the immunoglobulin family and shows similarity to ICAM1 and VCAM1.
At least seven alternatively spliced transcripts encoding different isoforms have been identified, though some full-length variants remain undetermined.
