Target Information
Transcriptional coactivator that specifically associates with OCT1 or OCT2. It enhances OCT1-mediated promoter activity and, to a lesser extent, OCT2 activity. It has no intrinsic DNA-binding ability and recognizes the POU domains of OCT1 and OCT2. Essential for B-cell antigen response and germinal center formation.
