For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional round of desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

FBJ murine osteosarcoma viral oncogene homolog, commonly known as Cellular proto-oncogene Fos (c-Fos), belongs to the Fos transcription factor family and is encoded by the C-FOS gene on chromosome 14.
c-Fos heterodimerizes with c-Jun to form the Activator Protein-1 (AP-1) transcription factor, which regulates genes involved in signal transduction, cell proliferation, and differentiation.
It is phosphorylated at multiple sites by stimuli such as growth factors and insulin. The ERK MAPK kinase phosphorylates Thr232, regulating nuclear localization and transcriptional activity of c-Fos.
