For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, an additional desalting step is recommended using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

The p95 gene (also known as NBS1 or nibrin) is part of the hMre11/hRad50 double-strand break repair complex.
This complex is associated with Nijmegen breakage syndrome—an autosomal recessive disorder characterized by increased cancer susceptibility, cell cycle checkpoint defects, and sensitivity to ionizing radiation.
These findings highlight the link between double-strand break repair and cell cycle checkpoint functions.
