Description:
R17217 단클론 항체는 마우스 CD71(Transferrin Receptor)을 인식하며, 170–180 kDa의 type II 막단백질입니다. CD71은 세포 성장에 필수적이며, 미성숙 증식 세포에서 높게 발현되고 휴면 상태의 성숙 림프구에서는 낮게 발현됩니다. T 및 B 세포의 항원 자극 시 발현이 증가합니다. 마우스 계통에 따라 발현 수준 차이가 보고되었습니다.

마우스 골수세포를 대상으로 한 유세포분석에서 테스트됨. ≤ 0.5 µg/test 사용 권장. (100 µL 반응 부피 기준, 세포 수는 10⁵~10⁸ cells/test 범위에서 조정 가능)

Fluorochrome Information:
Super Bright 436은 405 nm 레이저로 여기되며 436 nm에서 방출됩니다. 450/50 bandpass filter 또는 동등한 필터 사용 권장.
Super Bright 계열 형광체를 2개 이상 사용할 경우, 비특이적 상호작용을 최소화하기 위해 Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product # SB-4401) 사용을 권장합니다.

Target Information

철의 세포 내 흡수는 Transferrin Receptor에 결합된 Transferrin의 수용체 매개 엔도사이토시스에 의해 이루어집니다. 엔도좀의 산성화로 철이 방출되고, Apotransferrin-Receptor 복합체는 중성 pH로 복귀하면서 수용체로부터 분리되어 세포 표면으로 재순환됩니다.
Transferrin Receptor는 적혈구 및 신경계 발달에 필수적이며, 혈청 Transferrin Receptor(sTfR)는 EPO 오용 탐지 및 빈혈 진단 보조 지표로 사용됩니다.
