Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7 K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
HHEX is a member of the homeobox family of transcription factors involved in developmental processes. Expression in specific hematopoietic lineages suggests a role in hematopoietic differentiation.
It establishes anterior identity by:
- Acting early to enhance canonical WNT-signaling through repression of TLE4 expression.
- Acting later to inhibit NODAL-signaling by directly targeting NODAL.
