Product Specific Information

For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Noggin plays a critical role in numerous developmental processes such as neural tube fusion and joint formation. Organ morphogenesis is initiated by downgrowth from epithelial stem cells, mediated by signals from WNT3A (stabilizing β-catenin) and Noggin, which inhibits bone morphogenetic proteins.
Mutations in Noggin are associated with proximal symphalangism (SYM1) and multiple synostoses syndrome (SYNS1), both characterized by joint fusion defects.
