Antibody detects endogenous levels of pan-FOXO1/3/4 only when phosphorylated at Threonine 24/32.

FOXO1, FOXO3, and FOXO4 belong to the forkhead family of transcription factors.

FOXO1 (FKHR): 70 kDa protein acting as coactivator or corepressor of nuclear receptor activity via LXXLL motif in the C terminus.
FOXO3: Functions as a trigger for apoptosis through expression of genes necessary for cell death. Translocation with MLL gene is associated with secondary acute leukemia.
FOXO4: Involved in insulin signaling regulation, binds insulin-response elements (IREs), activates IGFBP1 transcription, and down-regulates HIF1A expression, suppressing hypoxia-induced transcriptional activation.
