- Less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat UNC5H1, UNC5H2, and recombinant human UNC5H3.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
UNC5D (also known as KIAA1777 or UNC5H4) is a receptor for netrin and belongs to the unc-5 family.
It may be involved in axon guidance by mediating axon repulsion of neuronal growth cones in the developing nervous system upon ligand binding.
Axon repulsion may be caused by association with DCC, triggering repulsion signaling.
UNC5D also acts as a dependence receptor required for apoptosis induction when not associated with netrin ligand.
