Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, approximately 20% cross-reactivity with recombinant human PDGF-CC is observed.
- Less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhPDGF-AA, rhPDGF-BB, rhPDGF-D, and recombinant rat PDGF-AB.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level <0.10 EU per 1 µg of antibody (LAL method).

Sphingosine Kinase 2 (Sphk2)는 sphingosine을 sphingosine 1 phosphate (S1P)로 인산화하는 효소로, 세포 내외 신호전달에 중요한 역할을 합니다. S1P는 세포 분화, 칼슘 이동, 세포사멸 조절에 관여하며, EDG 계열 G 단백질 결합 수용체(S1P Receptors)를 통해 다양한 세포 반응을 매개합니다.
S1P는 심장 발생, 혈관 성숙, 면역세포 이동, 신경 및 골세포 조절 등 다양한 생리적 과정에서 중요한 역할을 수행합니다. Sphk (Sphk1, Sphk2)의 활성에 의해 S1P 수준이 조절됩니다.
