Product Specific Information
- In sandwich ELISAs, less than 0.02% cross-reactivity with recombinant human CCL3, 4, 15, 19, 20, recombinant mouse CCL3, 4, 19, or recombinant rat CCL20 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 µg of the antibody by the LAL method.
Target Information
MIP-1 gamma (CCL9/10) is a CC chemokine found in murine blood and various tissues, with no known human homolog. It signals through the CCR1 receptor, chemoattracts neutrophils, and inhibits colony formation of bone marrow myeloid immature progenitors. MIP-1 gamma contains six cysteines, including four highly conserved cysteine residues typical of CC chemokines.
