FLT3LG (Fms Related Tyrosine Kinase 3 Ligand) is a protein-coding gene associated with aplastic anemia and brain cancer.
It plays a key role in hematopoietic stem cell differentiation and the Ras signaling pathway.
FLT3LG regulates dendritic cell (DC) development, particularly plasmacytoid DCs and CD8⁺ classical DCs, linking innate and adaptive immune responses.
