- In Western blots, no cross-reactivity was observed with recombinant human CXCL1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12/SDF-1α, 12/SDF-1β, 13; recombinant mouse CXCL1, 2, 6, 9, 10, 12/SDF-1α, 13; recombinant rat CXCL1, 3/CINC-2α, 3/CINC-2β; or recombinant porcine CXCL8.
- Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level: <0.10 EU per 1 µg of antibody (LAL method).
Target Information
The CXCL5 gene encodes an inflammatory chemokine belonging to the CXC chemokine family. It is co-produced with interleukin-8 (IL8) in response to interleukin-1 (IL1) or tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNFA) stimulation. CXCL5 functions as a potent chemotactic factor involved in neutrophil activation.
