이 항체는 서열 상동성에 근거하여 닭, 마우스, 랫트에서도 반응할 것으로 예측됩니다.
염색 전에 10mM citrate buffer (pH 6.0)로 10분간 열매개 항원 회복을 수행한 후, 실온에서 20분간 냉각하는 것이 권장됩니다.
항원 회복 후, 1차 항체를 실온에서 10분간 시료에 반응시킵니다.
양성 대조군으로 뇌 조직을 사용하는 것이 권장됩니다.
Target Information
GluR1 (glutamate receptor 1)는 이온성 글루타메이트 수용체로, L-glutamate가 중추신경계의 여러 시냅스에서 흥분성 신경전달물질로 작용합니다.
L-glutamate 결합 시 수용체의 형태 변화가 일어나 양이온 채널이 열리며 화학 신호가 전기 신호로 변환됩니다.
이후 수용체는 빠르게 탈감작되어 일시적 비활성 상태로 전환됩니다.
CACNG4, CACNG7, 또는 CACNG8 존재 시 GluR1은 재감작되어 지속적인 glutamate 적용 시 전류 흐름이 지연되어 축적되는 특성을 보입니다.
