Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to reach a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Apolipoprotein A4 (ApoA-IV) is a plasma O-linked glycoprotein and a major HDL component. It is also found on newly synthesized chylomicrons. Although its physiological role is not fully understood, in vitro studies suggest that ApoA4 participates in reverse cholesterol transport, moving cholesterol from peripheral tissues back to the liver.
