Target Information
SIK3 (QSK)는 serine/threonine-protein kinase로 QIK 서브패밀리에 속함. LKB1에 의한 인산화는 SIK3의 촉매 활성을 증가시키고 세포질 내 점상 구조로의 위치 이동을 유도함. SIK3의 과발현은 난소암에서 G1/S 세포주기 진행을 촉진하며, 유방암에서 H331L 및 A1103V 변이가 빈번히 발견됨. SIK3는 종양 관련 항원(TAA)으로, DEPTOR 분해를 유도하여 mTOR 신호를 양성 조절함. 또한 연골세포 분화 중 mTOR 신호 조절에 관여하며, cAMP 신호 경로를 음성 조절할 수 있음.
