Target Information
STK32C (YANK3) is a member of the YANK family and a serine/threonine protein kinase (~486 amino acids) requiring magnesium for catalytic activity. Two isoforms are generated via alternative splicing, and the protein undergoes serine phosphorylation by upstream kinases. The STK32C gene product is conserved across species such as chimpanzee, dog, cow, mouse, rat, and chicken.
