Target Information

RIPK3는 serine/threonine protein kinase 계열인 receptor-interacting protein (RIP) 패밀리 구성원으로, 다른 RIP 단백질과 구별되는 고유한 C-terminal 도메인을 포함합니다.
RIPK3는 주로 세포질에 존재하며, 미토콘드리아에 공존하며 핵 내외 이동을 조절하는 신호에 따라 위치가 변할 수 있습니다.
또한 RIPK3는 TNF receptor-I 신호 복합체의 구성 요소로, apoptosis를 유도하고 NF-kappaB 전사 인자를 약하게 활성화할 수 있습니다.
Caspase-8은 RIPK3 의존적 괴사를 억제하며, CFLAR과 복합체를 형성하여 보호 기능을 수행합니다.
