Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant chicken Netrin-1 is observed.
- Less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Netrin-4, recombinant mouse Netrin-G1a and Netrin-G2a.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level: <0.10 EU per 1 µg antibody (LAL method).
Target Information
Netrins control guidance of CNS commissural axons and peripheral motor axons and may play a role in axon guidance during development.
