Product Specific Information
- In ELISAs, less than 0.2% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse TREM-1 and TREM-2b.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

Target Information
TREM1 (Triggering Receptor Expressed on Myeloid Cells 1) is a receptor of the Ig superfamily that amplifies neutrophil and monocyte-mediated inflammatory responses induced by bacterial and fungal infections. It promotes release of pro-inflammatory cytokines and chemokines and increases surface expression of activation markers. TREM1, along with related proteins such as TREM2, modulates the inflammatory response and has been linked to inflammatory bowel disease through enhanced production of TNF, IL-6, IL-8, and MCP-1.
