Target Information
CD34는 111–115 kDa 범위의 고도로 당화된 단량체 표면 단백질로, 다양한 줄기세포 집단에서 발현됩니다.
조혈줄기세포 표지자로 알려져 있으며, 인간 조혈줄기세포에서의 발현은 가역적입니다.
CD34는 수용체 매개 내포작용을 통해 세포 부착, 분화, 증식을 조절하는 표면 수용체로 작용할 수 있습니다.
또한, CD34는 줄기세포가 골수 세포외기질 또는 기질세포에 부착하도록 매개하는 접착분자로 추정됩니다.
내부 사슬은 단백질 키나아제 C에 의해 인산화되어 신호전달에 관여할 가능성이 있습니다.
CD34 이상과 관련된 질환으로는 피부섬유육종(dematofibrosarcoma)과 신경섬유종(neurofibroma)이 보고되어 있습니다.
