Target Information
CD34는 111–115 kDa 범위의 고도로 당화된 단량체 표면 단백질로, 다양한 줄기세포 집단에서 발현됩니다.
조혈줄기세포 마커로 알려져 있으며, 인간 조혈줄기세포에서의 발현은 가역적입니다.
CD34는 수용체 매개 내포작용을 통해 접착, 분화, 증식을 조절하는 표면 수용체로 작용할 수 있습니다.
조혈 발달의 특정 상태를 나타내며, 줄기세포가 골수 기질세포 또는 세포외기질에 부착하는 데 관여하는 접착분자로 추정됩니다.
또한 CD34는 당사슬 결합을 위한 발판 역할을 하여 줄기세포가 렉틴과 결합할 수 있도록 돕습니다.
CD34 항원의 세포내 사슬은 활성화된 protein kinase C에 의해 인산화되어 신호전달에 관여할 가능성이 있습니다.
CD34 이상과 관련된 질환으로는 피부섬유육종(dermatofibrosarcoma) 및 신경섬유종(neurofibroma)이 보고되어 있습니다.
