Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직의 염색에는 10mM Tris, 1mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각하는 과정이 필요합니다.

STAT3는 STAT (Signal Transducers and Activators of Transcription) 단백질 계열에 속하며, 수용체 연관 키나아제에 의해 인산화되어 핵으로 이동하고 전사인자로 작용합니다.

Tyr705 잔기의 인산화는 STAT3의 이합체 형성, 핵 이동 및 DNA 결합에 필수적입니다.
STAT3 유전자는 인간의 17번 염색체 q arm에 위치하며, 세포 성장과 세포자멸사 조절 등 다양한 세포 과정에 관여합니다.
PIAS3 단백질은 STAT3의 특이적 억제 인자로 알려져 있으며, 세 가지 스플라이싱 변이체가 존재합니다.
