Product Specific Information
- Reconstitution: 15 µL 또는 50 µL의 이중 증류수(DDW)로 재구성 (샘플 크기에 따라 다름).
- 항체는 상온에서 동결건조된 형태로 배송되며, 도착 후 -20°C에 보관해야 함.
- 재구성된 용액은 4°C에서 빛을 차단하여 최대 1주일 보관 가능.
- 장기 보관 시 소량으로 분주하여 -20°C에 보관 권장.
- 반복적인 동결 및 해동은 피할 것.
- 사용 전 모든 항체 용액은 원심분리 (10,000 × g, 5분).
Target Information
GRK1은 G 단백질 결합 수용체 키나제(GRK) 아형에 속하는 Serine/Threonine 키나제 패밀리의 구성원으로, rhodopsin을 인산화하여 비활성화 과정을 시작함.
G 단백질 매개 인산화는 arrestin 결합을 촉진하여 수용체 신호 전달을 종결시킴.
GRK1은 막 결합을 촉진하기 위해 farnesylation을 거치며, recoverin(칼슘 결합 단백질)에 의해 억제될 수 있음.
GRK1 단백질 기능 이상은 Oguchi Disease-2 및 유전성 야맹증과 관련이 있음.
