Pipette Operation

Forward Technique (for low-density liquids)

Press the push button to the first STOP.
Slowly release the button to the ready position to complete aspiration.
Deliver the liquid by pressing the button to the first STOP, then to the second STOP to empty the tip.
Release the button to the ready position and change the tip if necessary.

Reverse Technique (for high-viscosity or volatile liquids)

Depress the button to the second STOP for aspiration, then release slowly to complete aspiration (slightly over preset volume).
Press the button to the first STOP to dispense the preset volume.
Discard remaining liquid with the tip.

Calibration and Adjustment

Use the Service Tool as shown:

Calibrate pipettes 1–2 times per year depending on usage frequency.

Storage and Transportation

Store and transport at room temperature.

Notice

Ensure pipette and tips are at the same temperature before use.
Keep pipette upright during aspiration (tip depth 2–3 mm).
Avoid turning pipette upside down when tip contains liquid.
Use within the specified volume range.
Apply maintenance oil to the sealing ring if unused for long periods.
Disassembly should be performed by a professional technician.
