Pipette Operation
Forward Technique (low-density liquids):
- Press the push button to the first STOP.
- Slowly release to the ready position to aspirate liquid.
- Deliver by pressing to the first STOP, then to the second STOP to empty.
- Release button to ready position; change tip if needed.
Reverse Technique (high-viscosity or volatile liquids):
- Depress button to the second STOP for aspiration, then release slowly.
- Press to the first STOP to discharge preset volume.
- Discard remaining liquid with the tip.

Calibration and Adjustment
Use the Service Tool to adjust volume:
- Turn clockwise to increase, counterclockwise to decrease.
- Calibrate 1–2 times per year depending on usage frequency.

Storage and Transportation
Store and transport at room temperature.
Notice
- Ensure pipette and tips are at the same temperature before use.
- Keep pipette upright during aspiration; immerse tip 2–3 mm below liquid surface.

- Use within specified volume range.
- Apply maintenance oil to sealing ring if unused for long periods.
