Pipette Operation

Forward Technique (Low Density Liquids)

  1. Press push button to the first STOP.
  2. Slowly release to ready position for aspiration.
  3. Dispense by pressing to first STOP, then to second STOP to empty tip.
  4. Release button to ready position and change tip if needed.

Reverse Technique (High Viscosity or Volatile Liquids)

  1. Depress button to second STOP for aspiration, then release to ready position.
  2. Press button to first STOP to discharge preset volume.
  3. Discard remaining liquid with tip.

Calibration and Adjustment

Use the Service Tool as shown:

  • Turn clockwise to increase volume.
  • Turn counterclockwise to decrease volume.
    Calibrate 1–2 times per year depending on usage frequency.

“Mantissa (Increment)” refers to the data sheet of the related product number.

Storage and Transportation

Store and transport at room temperature.

Notice

  1. Ensure pipette and tips are at the same temperature before use.
  2. Keep pipette upright during aspiration; immerse tip 2–3 mm below liquid surface.
  3. Do not invert or lay pipette flat when tip contains liquid.
  4. Use within specified volume range.
  5. Apply maintenance oil to sealing ring if unused for long periods.
  6. For disassembly or repair, contact a professional technician.
