Description:
This monoclonal Rat IgG2a antibody serves as an isotype control immunoglobulin.

Applications Reported:
eFluor® 660 Rat IgG2a Isotype Control is suitable for immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry.

Applications Tested:
Validated for flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes. Use at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.

Fluorochrome Information:
eFluor® 660 replaces Alexa Fluor® 647. It emits at 659 nm and is excited with a red laser (633 nm). Ensure instrument compatibility.

Target Information

Rat IgG2a is an immunoglobulin subclass used in research and diagnostics. It activates complement and mediates ADCC.
