본 항체는 마우스와 교차 반응하지 않습니다.
Target Information
TRIM (T cell receptor-interacting molecule), 또는 TRAT1 (T cell receptor associated transmembrane adaptor 1)로도 알려진 단백질은 T 세포에서 발현되는 30 kDa cystein-linked homodimer입니다.
TRIM은 TCR-CD3-zeta-chain 복합체와 결합하며 Src-family kinase에 의해 인산화됩니다.
TCR 매개 신호의 음성 조절에 관여할 가능성이 있으나 그 역할은 명확히 규명되지 않았습니다.
