Immunohistochemistry (PFA-fixed):
항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
포르말린 고정 조직 염색 시, 10 mM Tris 및 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각하는 항원 복원 과정이 필요합니다.
Target Information
면역글로불린은 두 개의 중쇄(heavy chain)와 두 개의 경쇄(light chain; kappa, lambda)로 구성된 기본 구조를 가집니다.
Kappa와 Lambda는 가변 영역과 일정 영역으로 이루어지며, 일정 영역의 항원성으로 구별됩니다.
Kappa:Lambda 비율은 약 70:30입니다.
Kappa light chain에 대한 항체는 백혈병, 형질세포종, 특정 비호지킨 림프종 식별에 유용하며, 림프구 침윤의 단일클론성을 확인하여 악성 여부를 구분하는 데 사용됩니다.
