Preparation:
Produced from sera of goats immunized with highly pure Recombinant Murine IL-12. Anti-Murine IL-12-specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and then biotinylated.

Western Blot:
To detect mIL-12 by Western Blot analysis, use at 0.1–0.2 µg/mL. Detection limit for recombinant mIL-12: 1.5–3.0 ng/lane (reducing or non-reducing conditions).
