For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

K-RAS (GTPase KRas) belongs to the Ras oncogene family. Ras proteins bind GDP/GTP and possess intrinsic GTPase activity.
It plays an important role in regulating cell proliferation and promoting oncogenic events by inducing transcriptional silencing of tumor suppressor genes in colorectal cancer cells in a ZNF304-dependent manner.
Mutations in this gene are associated with leukemia (acute myelogenous, juvenile myelomonocytic), Noonan syndrome, gastric cancer, and cardiofaciocutaneous syndrome 2.
