Product Specific Information

Store vial at 4°C prior to restoration. For extended storage, aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.

Target Information

GST (Glutathione S-transferase) is a 26 kDa protein present in eukaryotes and prokaryotes, catalyzing various reactions. It is commonly used to create GST gene fusion systems, allowing purification via glutathione affinity. GST fusion proteins are valuable for studying protein–protein interactions and are incorporated into many expression vectors.
