Product Specific Information
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. These systems clone specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits, followed by screening to select optimal clones for production.
Advantages include:
- Enhanced specificity and sensitivity
- Lot-to-lot consistency
- Animal origin-free formulation
- Broader immunoreactivity due to the rabbit immune repertoire
Target Information
Paxillin is a focal adhesion protein and substrate for tyrosine kinases such as Src, FAK, and p210BRC/ABL. Tyrosine phosphorylation of Paxillin is influenced by cell adhesion changes. It associates with FAK and Crk via its SH2 domain, independent of the extracellular matrix. Originally identified in fibroblasts, Paxillin phosphorylation also plays a role in neurite extension during differentiation.
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
