Preparation:
Produced from sera of rabbits immunized with highly pure Recombinant Murine MIP-1γ (CCL9/10). The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography using an immobilized Murine MIP-1γ (CCL9/10) matrix.
Sandwich ELISA:
To detect Murine MIP-1γ (CCL9/10) by sandwich ELISA (100 µL/well antibody solution), use at 0.5–2.0 µg/mL. When paired with PeproTech Biotinylated Anti-Murine MIP-1γ (CCL9/10) (500-P117Bt) as detection antibody, it detects 0.2–0.4 ng/well of recombinant protein.
Western Blot:
For Western blot detection of Murine MIP-1γ (CCL9/10), use at 0.1–0.2 µg/mL. Detection limit is 1.5–3.0 ng/lane under reducing or non-reducing conditions.
Target Information
MIP-1γ is a CC chemokine found in murine blood and various tissues, with no known human homolog. It signals through the CCR1 receptor, chemoattracts neutrophils, and inhibits colony formation of bone marrow myeloid progenitors. It contains six cysteine residues, including four conserved ones typical of CC chemokines.
