Preparation:
Produced from sera of rabbits immunized with highly pure Recombinant Murine MIP-1γ (CCL9/10). The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and biotinylated.

Sandwich ELISA:
For detection of Murine MIP-1γ (CCL9/10), use 0.25–1.0 µg/mL of this antibody (100 µL/well). When used with PeproTech Polyclonal Anti-Murine MIP-1γ (CCL9/10) (500-P117) as the capture antibody, it detects ≥0.2–0.4 ng/well of recombinant protein.

Western Blot:
Use at 0.1–0.2 µg/mL. Detection limit for recombinant MIP-1γ is 1.5–3.0 ng/lane under reducing or non-reducing conditions.

Target Information

MIP-1γ is a CC chemokine found in murine blood and tissues, with no known human homolog. It signals through the CCR1 receptor, chemoattracts neutrophils, and inhibits colony formation of bone marrow myeloid immature progenitors. MIP-1γ contains six cysteine residues, including four conserved cysteines typical of CC chemokines.
