Target Information
SIGLEC9 (Sialic acid-binding Ig-like lectin 9)은 세포 간 접착에 관여하는 단백질로, sialic acid 의존적 결합을 매개합니다.
두 개의 Ig-like C2형 도메인과 하나의 Ig-like V형 도메인을 포함하며, α2,3 또는 α2,6 결합 sialic acid에 선택적으로 결합합니다.
동일 세포 표면의 sialic acid와의 cis 상호작용에 의해 결합 부위가 가려질 수 있습니다.
