For reconstitution, we recommend adding 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
To use this carrier-free antibody for conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

It plays a critical role in carcinogenesis and functions by binding and phosphorylating pre-phosphorylated proteins recognized by POLO box domains.
PLK1 phosphorylates multiple substrates, including BORA, BUB1B, CCNB1, CDC25C, CEP55, ECT2, ERCC6L, FBXO5, FOXM1, KIF20A, CENPU, NEDD1, NINL, NPM1, NUDC, PKMYT1, KIZ, PPP1R12A, PRC1, RACGAP1, SGOL1, STAG2, TEX14, TOPORS, TP73, TPT1, and WEE1.
It is essential for centrosome functions and the assembly of bipolar spindles.
