Recombinant rabbit Superclonal™ antibodies are unique offerings from Thermo Fisher Scientific.
They consist of a defined mixture of multiple recombinant monoclonal antibodies, combining:

• Sensitivity of polyclonal antibodies
• Specificity of monoclonal antibodies
• Consistency of recombinant production

Unlike traditional polyclonal antibodies, these have a reproducible mixture of light and heavy chains, ensuring lot-to-lot consistency.

Target Information

TARC ligand (CCL17) belongs to the CC chemokine family. It is a small cytokine located on chromosome 16 (q arm) in humans.
TARC specifically binds to T-cells and interacts with chemokine receptors CCR4 and CCR8, playing an important role in:

• T cell development in the thymus
• Trafficking and activation of mature T cells
