Preparation:
Produced from sera of rabbits immunized with highly pure Recombinant Murine MCP-5 (CCL12). Anti-Murine MCP-5 (CCL12)-specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and subsequently biotinylated.

Sandwich ELISA:
To detect mMCP-5 by sandwich ELISA (using 100 µL/well antibody solution), a concentration of 0.25–1.0 µg/mL is required. This biotinylated polyclonal antibody, used with PeproTech Polyclonal Anti-Murine MCP-5 (500-P61) as the capture antibody, allows detection of at least 0.2–0.4 ng/well of Recombinant mMCP-5.

Western Blot:
To detect mMCP-5 by Western Blot analysis, use at 0.1–0.2 µg/mL. With compatible secondary reagents, detection limit for Recombinant mMCP-5 is 1.5–3.0 ng/lane under reducing or non-reducing conditions.
